We guarantee your complete satisfaction with any product purchased from Stormy Australia. Should any product purchased prove otherwise, simply return it to us within 30 days from purchase and we will replace it, refund your money, or credit your charge card. The goods returned must be in good order and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns

Should you wish to return your purchase for exchange or refund please do the following:

  • Include inside the package a copy of the invoice we sent with your purchase and tell us why you are returning your purchase and what action you wish to take.
  • Send at your own expense and risk. Stormy Australia recommend you insure your return goods when posting. Stormy Australia does not take responsibility for loss or damage to returned packages.

    All prices in the Stormy Australia catalogue include 10% GST.

    Postage & Delivery

    Once your order has been submitted it will be processed within 1-3 business days. All orders are sent using Australian Air Express or Fast Way Couriers. Insurance is included and a tracking number can be provided on request. Shipping usually takes around 3-5 business days to arrive at its destination.
